These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Kinerix pre-launch website at kinerix.gg and the Founders waitlist sign-up process. By submitting your wallet address through the sign-up form, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. About This Site

Kinerix is a project in pre-launch phase. This website exists primarily to:

The game itself is not yet available. No gameplay, paid services, or commercial transactions are accessible through this website. Anything described on this site refers to features planned for the game once it launches.

2. Eligibility

By using this site and joining the Founders waitlist, you confirm that:

It is your responsibility to know whether participating in blockchain-based games and waitlists is legal where you live. We reserve the right to disqualify any sign-up that we reasonably believe does not meet these eligibility requirements.

3. Founders Path — What You're Signing Up For

By joining the Founders waitlist with a valid Solana wallet address, you become eligible — but not entitled — to progress through the Founders Path, a four-stage program that runs from sign-up through the early weeks after the game launches.

The four stages are sequential. You cannot skip ahead. To reach the final stage and obtain all three potential rewards, you must complete every stage in order:

The three potential rewards across the Path are: (a) a launch-day KNX drop, (b) a SOL share from the Active Player Rewards Wallet earned through active play, and (c) the Founders Badge unlocked at Stage 4. Specific qualification thresholds, allocation sizes, and timing will be published before launch on this site and on @KinerixGG. Until then, joining the waitlist confirms intent to participate, not an entitlement to a specific outcome.

Wallet matching requirement — The wallet you sign up with on kinerix.gg is the same wallet you must verify on Discord and the same wallet you must log in with in the game at launch. If you log in at launch with a different wallet, you forfeit Founder status and all three rewards. There is no manual reassignment process for this.
Important — Founders rewards are subject to the project actually launching, regulatory developments, technical feasibility, and final terms communicated at launch. We may modify, delay, or cancel any reward component at our discretion. Joining the waitlist or verifying on Discord does not create a financial promise, a security, or a contractual right to a fixed payout.

4. Restricted Jurisdictions and Platform Rules

Kinerix may not be available in all jurisdictions. We do not actively offer the project in any jurisdiction where planned game activities are illegal or restricted. By signing up, you confirm that participating in this waitlist is permitted in your jurisdiction.

United States residents: blockchain-based gaming and any feature involving cryptocurrency stakes is regulated at both federal and state level, with significant variation between states. By submitting your wallet, you confirm that you are permitted to participate where you live and that you understand specific game features (including any optional competitive modes involving SOL) may be unavailable or restricted in your state at launch.

Platform compliance: the game launches on the open web (kinerix.gg) and on the Solana Seeker dApp Store. The Solana Seeker dApp Store version is additionally subject to Solana Mobile's dApp Publishing policies. Specific jurisdiction restrictions and platform-specific rules, if any, will be published prior to game launch.

5. No Financial Advice. No Investment.

Nothing on this website constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. KNX, the Founders Badge, the Active Player Rewards Wallet, and any other digital element referenced on this site are intended as in-game or community features — not as investments, securities, or financial instruments.

Full economy details, including how KNX is earned, used, and what role it plays inside the game, will be published before the game launches.

You should not treat the Founders waitlist or KNX as a financial investment. Consult your own advisors before making any decision involving cryptocurrencies or blockchain-based products. See also our Risk Disclosure.

6. Skill-Based Game — Not Gambling

Kinerix is designed and operated as a skill-based competitive game. Match outcomes in any planned competitive mode are determined primarily by player skill — including tactical decisions, in-match timing, and player choices — and not by random chance, lottery mechanics, or operator advantage.

Specifically:

This positioning is fundamental to the project. Under most applicable laws, skill-based competitions of this nature are not classified as gambling. However, classification of online competitive games varies between jurisdictions, and players remain responsible for ensuring participation is permitted in their own country (see § 4 Restricted Jurisdictions).

Important — Specific game mechanics, mode rules, and economic details (including any potential entry fees for competitive modes) will be published in separate Game Terms before the game launches. Nothing in this section creates a binding promise about the final design — features may change based on testing, regulatory feedback, and community input.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

We reserve the right to disqualify wallets, revoke Founder status, remove Discord roles, and remove sign-ups that violate these rules, with no obligation to provide notice or justification. Repeat or coordinated abuse may result in a permanent ban from the project at launch.

8. Intellectual Property

The Kinerix name, logo, branding, copy, visual design, and all content on this website are the property of the project operator. You may not copy, modify, or republish any of it without prior written permission, except for normal browsing in accordance with these Terms.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

This website and the waitlist service are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the project operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website — including loss of profit, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded under applicable consumer-protection laws, including liability for fraud, gross negligence, or willful misconduct.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the project evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top. Continuing to use the site after changes are posted means you accept the revised version. If you do not agree with revised Terms, your remedy is to request deletion of your waitlist data via support@kinerix.gg.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by EU consumer protection law and the laws of the operator's jurisdiction. Disputes will be handled in the competent courts of the operator's jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer-protection rules in your country require otherwise. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

13. Security & Anti-Scam

Kinerix communications happen on this website, on @KinerixGG, and on our official Discord server. We will never direct-message you first to ask for wallets, seed phrases, private keys, signatures, or money. Anyone doing so while claiming to be the project, the operator, or a moderator is a scammer — block and report.

Your wallet address (the public string starting with letters and numbers) is fine to share in the dedicated verification channel. Your seed phrase or private key is never to be shared, with anyone, anywhere, for any reason. See our Risk Disclosure for the full security guidance.
